Found these two points on the Dry Fork Little Wichita River in Clay County, TX. I was doing a little digging and missed the sifter with a shovel-full of dirt. I looked on the ground and saw this little dart point on the ground where I had thrown it. The second one might be a Reed (1500-500) B.P. I think but I'm not for sure. I found it close to the first point but this one was lying on some grass.

Ok now I see the point you found at the D2. Man o man it is SWEETTTT!!! Great find. I spoke to Richard, and he is planning a dig this weekend weather permitting. I think he will probably cancel because it looks like a good chance of rain. I will be there rain or shine. I am fired up about digging the bird point camp.
